A meeting consists of two sessions:
Business session: The Presiding Officer conducts a short session at the beginning of the meeting which helps members learn basic meeting procedures.
Educational session: Toastmasters have the opportunity for different speaking experiences by participating in prepared speeches, evaluations and table topics as well as fulfilling different job functions.
